Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you received the product, provided the product is in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. For any exchange or return requests, please email us at support@voxwear.in with your order number.
1. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email us at support@voxwear.in with your order number and the details of the exchange. We will initiate a reverse pick-up for your order. Once the items reach our facility and pass the quality check, the exchanged item in your preferred size will be dispatched from our facility.
2. Returns
To request a return, please email us at support@voxwear.in with your order number and the reason for the return. A reverse pickup will be initiated, and the products will be picked up from your location. Once the items pass the quality check, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credits. Refunds to the original payment method can take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account. Refunds to store credits are instant.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for non-acceptable queries such as "I don't like the product."
- Refunds will only be processed if we do not have the product you ordered or if the product you received is not in good condition.
- Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Important Information:
- All items are thoroughly inspected before a return is processed. Items found to be worn, used, or unsellable will be rejected and returned to you.
- If you receive a faulty item, please raise a return request within 3 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. For assistance, please contact support@voxwear.in.
- We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot provide any refunds or assistance after this period.

- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We provide standard shipping, which usually takes 5-7 business days.
We highly recommend checking the size guide before placing an order. The size guide is available on every product page for your reference. In case you are still confused, you can always DM us on Instagram for any size-related queries. Our team will be there to help you out :)
